This Shipping & Delivery Policy describes how our digital reports are handled, delivered, and what to do if you encounter any delay in receiving them.

1. Digital Product Delivery

The Numero Magic Report is a fully digital product. It is delivered in PDF format to the registered email address you specify in the checkout form. No physical shipment of any book, report, or item is made to your postal address.

2. Delivery Timelines

Because each report is calculated and customized specifically to your unique birth chart, it requires computational time and verification. All reports are processed and emailed within 48 hours of a successful checkout transaction.

3. Shipping Charges

Since the product is delivered electronically via email, there are zero shipping fees, handling costs, or customs duties. Delivery is completely free of charge worldwide.

4. What to do in Case of Delays

If you have not received your report within 48 hours of your successful transaction:

• Please check your email client's Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders as automated PDF attachments may occasionally be filtered there by some providers.
• Confirm that you provided the correct email address during payment. You can verify this in the payment receipt sent by Razorpay.
• If the email is still not found, write to us immediately at contact@divinevasru.co.in with your Name, Date of Birth, and Razorpay Transaction ID, and we will manually check and re-send your report within a few hours.
